Brian began his career as an intellectual property attorney at MGM Studios, went on to represent some of the entertainment industry's largest independent film distributors, and co-founded Celebrity Blvd. Graduated UCSB, 1992 & J.D. Loyola Law School, 1996. He co-founded Gorilla Nation in 2001.

Aaron Broder
Co-Founder and CEO
Aaron began his career at the William Morris Agency, a Hollywood Talent Agency, and co-founded Celebrity Blvd. Graduated UCSB, 1991; M.B.A from University of Wisconsin at Madison, 1993 & J.D. U.C.L.A. He co-founded Gorilla Nation in 2001.

Josh Ellingwood
General Counsel
Josh joined GN in March 2006, bringing with him 10 years of experience as a business attorney. Prior to joining GN, Josh served as Vice President and General Counsel for a private aerospace research and development company and as a financial restructuring attorney with nationally prominent firms in Los Angeles. Josh has a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from U.C.L.A.

Christophe Louvion
CTO
Christophe has over 10 years of experience in enabling rapid business growth through planning and implementation of cutting edge technologies. He held various positions at Shopzilla.com, where he was instrumental in developing the leading shopping search engine, serving there as Software Architect, VP of Operations, VP of Product Development and Engineering, Agile Evangelist/Coach and Uber Scrum Master. Prior to working in the e-commerce field, he worked as a Software Engineer at the U.S. Attorney’s Office of San Diego. He started his career as a Software Engineer for Cegelec in Paris, where he won an Anvar award from The French Agency for Innovation. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of Nancy I and a Master of Science in Computer Science from ESIAL, both in France. He is a Certified Scrum Coach, and a member of the Agile Alliance and the Agile Project Leadership Network.

Brad Agens
SVP/National Sales
Brad joined Gorilla Nation as the National Sales Director in 2002. Prior to this, he served as Southwest Sales Manager for L90/MaxOnline and as Director of Business Development for RealSearch, a Real Estate Marketing firm. Brad has over a decade of online sales and marketing experience and has worked with such marquee brands as Verizon, Turner, Nestle, Ford, and Nike.

Moises Magana
SVP/Finance                                                                                               Moises has 10 years of finance and operations expertise in the online media and entertainment industry. He heads up our accounting and finance divisions and is currently responsible for strategic planning and analysis, financial reporting, acquisition valuation and integration. His previous experience includes directing all finance and operational activity for YouBet.com.

Walder Amaya
VP/Canada Operations
Walder launched the Gorilla Nation Canadian offices in Toronto in 2007 and has grown the division by 250% year over year in the last two years. Previously, Walder held a succession of increasingly responsible positions focusing on advertising and web development with Rogers Media Publishing, Morningstar Research, Inc. and Transcontinental Media. He is responsible for all Canadian initiatives and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Alex Godelman
VP/Technology
Alex provides nearly 20 years of senior management experience in ecommerce, commercial software development, and online media and entertainment. He has a proven track record in formulating and executing technology and service delivery plans for rapidly growing internet brands and other high tech companies. Most recently, he was a part of the senior management team at Shopzilla, the world leader in comparison shopping search; CIO at Diskeeper Corporation, a leading software manufacturer; Executive Director of Technology for the B3 division of Time Warner responsible for numerous TW and WEA music labels; Senior Director of IS&T for the Maxis division of Electronic Arts, makers of Sims Online. Prior to these, he also served as CIO of Otis College and Director of Technology for WoltersKluwers, responsible for delivery of their two largest online brands, GlobalFx and CompleTax. Alex is very active in ITIL, Agile and web communities and serves on the board of advisors of several technology companies. He is a Certified Scrum Master and holds a graduate degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
